W211 Reunion

Today Julie, Megan and Noah came to the house for a reunion. We will not name those that were not present (Juliana). Just giving you a hard time we did miss not having you and understand that you could not make it. Anyways we had a great time we all met up here at the house they got the grand tour and were one of the first to see the new paint in the office! We no longer have a midnight blue ceiling and yellow walls. We hung out caught up on life and then took Julie and Noah for their first trip to Dakine's. Noah did great, he really is a great baby he is content just being apart of things. After lunch we went back to the house and continued to catch up. Noah ate lunch, played with toys and watched our two crazy dogs. The only time he cried was when we took away a toy and it only lasted for what seemed to be a second. Megan and Joe are very very lucky, he really is a happy baby! Nicky and Gabriel came over to visit and to Gabriel's surprise there was a stranger playing with his toys. He wasn't too happy about that but got over it. We had a great visit and we wish Julie all the best in her new life out west! We are also looking forward to more visits with Megan, Joe and Noah once the weather gets warmer and the beach is more promising. Can't wait till next time!!!

It's great to be a Florida Gator!!!

January 8, 2009 National Championship game between Florida and Oklahoma. The thought of going to the game crossed our minds, it wasn't there long after seeing the cost for tickets. Instead we had Nicky, Chad and the kids and Pam and Eric over. Gus and Debbie also stopped in with their game gear on. All day I said I wasn't going to make a big deal out of the game, I was going to go about my day just like any other day. After work I went home to prepare for guests and it felt like the time was just put on hold. 8:15 could not come any faster! The house still had the Gator Christmas lights up (I'm sure the neighbors love us) we couldn't take them down just yet. The flag was flying high and it was game time. We had a great time with a great group of Florida Fans. A late work night for all of us but it was well worth it. Go Gators National Champs Again!

First Blog!

Just like Facebook, I heard too much not to try it. Just FYI I may not update this blog all the time but I will try my hardest to keep it going. Life can get so busy we often forget to keep in touch with everyone so I thought this would be a way to do so. Wish me luck!
